(Actually, How is Cinderhulk on Junglers? I feel that Sunfire Cape now seems to be the superior burn item. )

She was, in the assassin meta. It's the tank meta now. She isn't banned/played as much anymore. It's not because she isn't good, she just isn't good against tanks. People get Cinderhulk because it's the best of the jungle items. Sunfire cape is of course better, it costs significantly more gold, but better to have Cinderhulk+Cleaver than Warrior+Sunfire Cape.
sunfire still sucks balls. cinderhulk is pretty strong atm. and liss's play rate has gone down because of cinder.
EDIT: NVM, you are asking the forums opinion on the matter. Everything is OP and should be nerfed. and you should not buy sightstone because we all know how much trinkets are better!
