Three champions to get you out of Bronze and Silver

Braum Malphite Thresh

I'm very curious why people don't play Braum nearly as much as they should. He is EXTREMELY strong right now due to the prominence of AD carries (he can shield his allies from the autos and things like Miss Fortune ult and Quinn Q) and is a very strong laner. His mana regeneration correlates well to his low-cost spells and he deals a decent amount of poke damage with his Q. Lastly, he can be a huge part of a wombo combo or simply a peeler. His ult is very good at catching someone both for a gank and for a simple catch in the jungle.

Malphite is just a rock that will put you between him and a hard place. Due to how many ad champions are played right now, Malphite is really strong due to how much he benefits from armor. Additionally, he provides a great part to any team comp and is EXTREMELY easy to play. He has the capability to kill anyone without a shield in lane solo if you continuously poke the enemy laner with Q which makes him even better with the snowballier games. He can go full AP too and 100-0 someone, can support rather effectively, and can jungle with ease. Essentially he is good pretty much everywhere and thrives at what he does while not having a high skill-cap to worry about if you aren't that good at the game. Just don't spam your Q too much at levels 1-3 and you should be fine going into the mid-game.

Last up is Thresh. If you've seen any Thresh montage, you know the carry capabilities of this champion. He does VERY high damage in the early laning phase and is extremely good at picking off people or at least popping their flash. Thresh does have a much higher skill-cap than Braum and Malphite though so you may want to practice with Blitzcrank before you go on to Thresh. Unlike Blitz, Thresh has more cc, a longer range hook, an AoE knock-up and slow, a utility shield, and an essentially Azir wall in the sense that you can block off choke-points or enclose someone with his ult rather easily as the 99% slow is too strong for anyone but Ezreal and Lucian to escape from. The most important thing to remember though is that souls are important. Not only do they make you tankier, but they also give you AP and therefore give you higher damage which is always good on a tank. Lastly, Thresh is one of the best champions at catching someone out-of-position so use that to your advantage and get a lot of cdr.

Supports are OP boiis. Spam them hard and get your ADC fed and you will win the game.

I agree with you almost entirely. The only thing i have to say is that I don't think Malphite is a good jungler in the current meta. Literally any other jungler can walk into his jungle and completely take over early game, there's not much he can really do about it. All of these champs and more can completely own his side of the jungle. Not just standard counter junglers but even some other tank junglers. I've found Shen support to be an awesome choice too. Very one dimensional in what he does, taunt enemy, get kills, repeat.

The thing I like about him though is that I can taunt enemy and double kill bot lane, then teleport to my top laner and taunt enemy for another kill. So it's kind of like the TF effect except without giving up full pressure in a lane, and it's fully global instead of semi global.

Not sure if I just have luck when I play Shen support, but my ADCs seem to have a much harder time screwing up when I'm Shen.

I personally don't like Malphite support, but that's just me. He has very little kill pressure in lane pre-six unless your lane opponents do something really stupid. I prefer to be looking for early kills in lane to snowball faster with my ADC.

Blitzcrank As long as you know how to play League of Legends, their bot lane will be missing Flash x2 and Heal by 3 minutes.
