{Item Concept} Fiend's Halberd

I was making a Champion Concept and decided to compliment my work by adding an Item that he would work well with.

Ingredients-

+ + 1550+1337+850 (+63)= 3800

Stats: 250 Health 100 AD Unique Passive- 20% Cooldown Reduction Unique Passive- +20 Armor Pen UNIQUE Active - Physical Damaging abilities deal an additional 50% damage for 6 seconds (Does not include basic attacks or modifiers)
