Where you can find the old Poppy

If anyone wanted to know where you could find an image of the old Poppy in-game, just ask any player placed into one of her groups. I'm in Poppy's Giants and noticed they haven't updated the picture to match the new cuter Poppy. I'm wondering if it's the same for any of the other champions that have had a visual update over the years.
