I think they tried to give a turbid deep sea water feel, but didn't fully commit to it. I know whoever made that boob texture must have been happy with themselves since just about every female champion has the exact same plastic rack at this point, (Where applicable), but I dunno, it just doesn't flow into her anatomy like it should.
