So this was found on the PBE along with Worldbreaker Nautilus (750 RP) and Jayce of the Bright Hammer (750 RP):

The skin will be priced 3250RP. There were some rumors before that Elementalist Lux would be the next Ultimate skin, this is pretty much confirming it.

I mean it's hard to judge when there is no artwork/or how it is different than the other skins. But I have my doubts.they just release the star guardians and basically made the Lux skin popular again so why make another skins for her again?
