How do you play against this? It seems like every time she's on the opposite team she gets really fed and carries on her own. I think playing the early game really safely is a good way to play against it. Is that right? Does anyone have more tips?

But, in addition to playing safely, it's important when playing against Evelynn to ward the enemy's jungle camps instead of warding where you might usually ward to watch ganking routes. You won't see Evelynn coming in the ganking routes, but you can see her killing camps.
Try not to fight your lane oppenent especally when he lost lane bevor because eve maybey is nearby.
