What was Today's patch for?

With 5.8 League stopped freezing my computer on launch, with Today's patch it happens again. I also see no Patch Updates.

Bug fixes. They didn't have it on the NA patch notes, but they posted on the EUNE site, and you can find it through sites like S@20

It's a patch to block the baddies from playing. Since you're freezing, I'm guessing you were one of the targets.
