Any recommendations? I'm going on a trip to a place without internet for a while and would really like something of the sort. Oh I also have a PS Vita if that helps.

Well. There's Borderlands 2, Divinity: Original Sin, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Terraria

If youre looking for a game like LoL that's offline, you probably wont find one. MOBA stands for Multiplayer Online Battle Arena. But for a game with items and mastery trees, look to Borderlands, Far Cry, Mass Effect, possibly Dying Light.
