Morde is supposed to be OP
That's why you choose Mord: YOU SACRIFICE MOBILITY AND CC FOR HEAVY DAMAGE AND AN AWSOME PASSIVE.
It's like having the Fabled Tortoise shield on Borderlands 2

Why would you pick someone without mobility, when hyper mobie Champs in this game are also more tanky and deal more damage than those who are supposed to sacrifice mobility for other benefits?
You just described the theory behind the entire juggernaut class itself, not just Morde :p
the main complaint I see about morde (I don't play morde myself so I can't confirm) is that his tradeoffs are more severe for less of a reward compared to other juggernauts alike
