Whatever the current community accepted idea is, you should comment and upvote on the popular one to help put it on top of the Hot threads list. This helps the idea gain traction with Riot more easily than another 0 upvote thread that was viewed 4 times because it has been posted 20 times today.
Don't forget to comment on and upvote them, it helps a lot!
