Also one game does not mean you are a god. Looking at your match history you win a fair amount of games, but then you do terrible consistently in a row dropping you back down. The best advice i could give you is to learn when to stop playing the game and take a break. To climb you have to win games more than you lose, currently you are winning as much as you lose and thus you are not moving at all.
Also CS is an important factor. If you look you can find your CS per min during games. Games you lose it is as low as 3.8 CS/min that means you are losing 9 CS every min that you could be getting. Practice these things. Also WARDS i cannot stress. I have a friend in silver who believes a top laner does not need to ward as much as a jungler. False, wards are important, i do not care about how well everyone is doing or that its "Not Your Job'. Don't let others stupidity of not buy wards affect you.
As games go longer the game gets more dependent on skill level. Try to learn about how to end games. I just had a game it was 0-9 at 8 mins. We stalled for 35 mins until we were full build and won the game.
Now i am only Gold so im not saying i am a god at this game. This is just advice high ELO players have given me and i am passing it on to you.
