Why did I get reported? (please don't just rage at me I wanna know why)

So the game I played was a normals, ending 0/4 with Zac. I was severely underleveled as my adc told me to leave bot lane because I engaged too much. I proceeded to take the little camps in the jungle to stay afloat. First big fight comes, I land my stun on the enemy, diana calls me useless because I didn't do enough damage even though we both died. For the rest of the game every death except for the Gangplank was blamed on me for not saving them even while they were overextended. Akali also called me useless as I didn't do much damage, even know I tried to avoid dying as much as possible. I really don't see how I'm at fault here as I was shunned from bot lane, tried to do my best to level up, not die, help my teammates, and then get blamed. I admire the Gangplank for helping as he was struggling too and getting called stupid and useless. Oh yeah not to mention I was getting reported for playing Zac support. Isn't this normals?

People want a scape goat. They want someone to blame so they can fool themselves that it isn't their poor choices and/or mechanics that are at fault for them not doing well. Support (and jungle) are usually great targets. Also if you're not playing 'meta' also puts a target on your back sadly. It's easy for everyone to fool themselves that 'if it isn't meta, clearly it is weak.'

did you legit try to win? did you troll or intentionally fed?

if you tried to win and didnt troll or feed intentionally then you have nothing to worry about... people are just salty they got beat and lost a game.

If you put effort into the match, you can't be punished for playing Zac support, so don't worry about any reports. There is no option to report someone for playing badly, only explicit trolling, which you weren't doing if you actually were trying on Zac support.

Nothing will come of it, don't worry, unless you were doing something wrong, you won't get punished, report or no report, From a Katarina Bot main.

Do whatever you want, Normals doesn't matter, it's there TO try out new stuff :)
