Sorry, but this is BS.
I played her for the very first time (beta player, never bothered with her), and had zero issue whatsoever oneshotting any non-tank, even when not fed.
She does insane damage, has insane sustain, and has great escape and juke potential.
Nocturne is in an amazing spot currently. He's played in higher elo.
Katarina takes no skill what so ever, just coordinated strategy.
LeBlanc takes about 50% of your hp at level 3 with her E and honestly it's not that hard to dodge. (Play Ziggs vs LeBlanc, she won't be able to do anything).
Akali is fine, pretty oppressive in the beginning stage of the game but as the game goes on it becomes easier and easier to lock her down.

Yes. Finally. I was tired to see most of the time Zed. But I'm pretty sure it's the fact that Mages are strong rather than Zed is weak.

Oddly enough, Nocturne even if he's considered as an Assassin first role he's more like a fighter specially a diver: A way to go in but no real mobility (dashes, blinks) to get out.
I play Zed......and I like it the way it is right now with him because I don't have to worry about the other team picking him. I think he's fine tbh. I've had success with him recently after learning and practicing him. He doesn't need anything done imo.

I'm really, really tired about reading how LeBlanc oneshots people with chain. You know what? She doesn't. Yes, you can see my match history and see that I'm a LeBlanc player, and I would be glad to get her nerfed, so I can play her again without being afraid of her being banned but hey, she doesn't need nerfs at all. The rework was an overall nerf imo. Before, you could just deal damage without giving people time to counter play, now a 3 items + lifesteal adc can just kill any assassin before they can even burst them. I just got 2-shotted by a 1/8 Cait lategame before my mark even procced, and it wasn't fun because as an assassin i'm supposed to kill a glass cannon and then be useless for the whole fight... Yet assassins can't even do this anymore.
Gunblade is ridiculous right now, it needed tuning back a bit.
