Gut everything that isn't her waveclear. Then gut waveclear too. Then don't give her some of her power back because yes.
I'm tired of this game being balanced about LCS. LB is TRASH in SoloQ right now, there are 2+ tanks for each team and she suffers a lot in tank metas because of her shitty 1.5s passive cook time. People who play her do it just because they enjoy her; I could just pick Ahri and do 100% better than LB.
I feel what Rengar mains felt some time ago. I'm with you guys.

Gutting the waveclear nobody asked for with this dumb rework, make her W, her iconic and only ability where she dashes into the team to do 0 damage and force her to max a point and click with gunblade first item kek rito games pls
It is big bullshit, they should revert her to old leblanc. With GA being an ad item now adc's can protect better and she was just way more fun and even more balanced then this shitty reworked leblanc. When riot reworks a champ they should make sure that the playstyle of the champ remains the same. Reworked leblanc is just a whole new champ in the skin of the old leblanc... She was a popular champion, mained by a lot of people and i think most mains are really upset with the rework.
A champ has 45% win rate overall and isn't being played in the LCS, because everyone picks lucian/syndra/taliyah/orianna etc mid, cuz leblanc is already pretty bad and her late game is one of the worst. Riot - lets nerf her even more, just for fun. What a way to ruin a cool champion.
It's almost impossible to do something late game with her, by the time your passive goes off you get 2 shotted by an add in 0,5 seconds. What is riot thinking???
And ofc they buff fizz who is pretty strong and has a 50% win rate. Ty riot.

When will Riot learn that maybe they should try shifting her power around so it isn't all in her passive? Take the 700 damage from it and move it around so she isn't so lop sided
