People who create multiple accounts on the same IP and get them banned over and over flaming and being toxic..
I know you can easily filter a database to filer an IP 123.456.78 and see the same IP linked to multiple accounts that are all banned...
Why cant you just IP/Mac ban these addresses??
1 reason please...other than the fact that they spend money on the game to re-buy skins and champs... :/
Because IP based bans pretty much do nothing if the banned person has any sort of knowledge of the workings of servicing on the web.

IP Addresses can be easily changed, change naturally and many be shared by many people (i.e. college dormitory).
Basically, it would be easily circumvented by anyone who knows how to perform a basic Google search and follow instructions while potentially punishing innocents.
Not to mention that the kind of people who get banned multiple times are quite possibly children. And children living with their parents may be living with other children that play the game correctly.
Mac addresses are easy to change...okay..thats enough internet for today..you have no idea what you're tallking about..fml

Want real solutions, link accounts to phone numbers. Phone numbers are harder to change (and unpractical to change just for a game). And won't cause much money to implement, everytime you create a new account you need an automated code to be input to activate it, the code instead of being sent by mail (like currently is) is sent via call or text message. Google has a similar system working. I want to see how many people woudl actually get extra phone lines just to keep playing the game.
Still a better combative than what they have now. Beside that most of the trolls are 12 year olds that have no idea what ToR is, or VPNs..
