Making League easier to learn for new players

My dad wanted to learn to play League, so after the tutorials, he did the intro bots. None of it really made sense, he needed me to explain things that the intro bots didn't (a LOT of things) in person. There should be a "tutor" or "coach" mode where experienced players (that have played the game for at least a year) can sign up to teach new players how to play against other players or bots. Basically, the tutor is a ghost of their apprentice's champion and they have extremely high movement speed. There is always an arrow pointing towards them, and there might also be a voice chat or something. League isn't very new-player-friendly, but with this, it will be.
