I know this is a bit off topic, but I realized the other day that despite your username being composed of "Valkyrie" (a female warrior) and "Witch" (a female magic wielder), I've always thought of you as a guy. I'm going to go off on a limb and guess I'm wrong on that one...

I understand it can be confusing, though not intentional. I am a guy :3 The Valkyrie I use due to part of my real name and Blue Valkyrie from Gauntlet, and Witch due to a MTG card I used for a name I've been using for my Warlock in WoW for around 10 years.

OK, so I was right! It's always fun to hear where different people's usernames come from.

I got my username on a date with the woman who would become my wife. Her sister's band was performing somewhere, and I was only half listening to what some of the earlier bands were singing. I misheard the actual lyrics and thought I heard "Doctor Cyanide". Not too long after that I heard of League, and since I was getting tired of my old username I decided it'd be a good time to try a new one. I've been pretty happy with it :)

No clue! I can't remember, because I was so stuck on how cool "Doctor Cyanide" sounded, and my wife can't remember because it's been years now and it didn't make an impact on her.
