Any plans on how to spend excessive amounts of IP?

I don't know if this topic i felt by many or only me, but i currently have more then 105000 IP and i have no idea on how to spend them. I have all the champions, all the runes i need, allthe rune pages i need.

Currently i am using runes basically only to buy new champs when it comes out, that's 7800 IP. But by the time the next champ come out i already have earned much more then that as IP.

So... I didn't see any Rioter touch this topic honestly, and i would like some new informations if there are plans to add things to spend these points.

For example why chromas cannot be purchased with lots of IP? IP to RP converter?

And what about donating IP and in return get a prize like a mystery skin?
