Unfair report

So I was just in a game where my adc and i both were dced for the first 10 minutes (because of a storm) and then i go back to lane and farm and then i start getting camped by the enemy jung as soon as i hit level 6, not only camping me but saying bm things also. all i said was "fuck you, if you have to be camped then youre trash" instantly regretting it but i did not apologize because of how bm their jung was. I just came off of a 2 week ban and im worried im going to be banned again or even worse (permabanned). Is it fair that i got reported by someone who was bming me and trying to make me become toxic on purpose?
