Currency Converter

I was speaking to my friend who wanted to start league, I told him a lot of things, and he brought up a currency converter, and I mentioned out lots of players from seasons 1,2 and even 3 have way too much ip and no use for it other than pointless name changes. So I thought, why not a converter for something like, let's say, 200 Ip to 50 rp
