Insight on the NA server situation(s)

We've been having frequent issues for quite a while now, can we please get some kind of explanation of what's going on, or what's being done to fix it? Clearly whatever's happening is not fully resolved yet.

Since a day before the patch, I have been finding a lot higher ping, and it's spiking which it never did before.

Honestly not NA servers as a whole. Certainly locations or ISPs causing the problem. My main account (**NA **servers, east coast) has 104 Ping, My PBE (servers must be closer) account gets 60 Ping. I dont know what happened, I used to get ** 75 Ping **on NA server in season 3

I almost feel like some of the NA servers, were made into PBE servers... the closest servers to me, where I had good ping. 60 is really good, but I can only get it on PBE.

You probably get a lower ping on the PBE servers because they have a much lower load than the live servers.

If only that were true, I would have lower ping during non-peak hours. My ping doesn't fluctuate, unless of course my game gets drophacked at 1500+ ping. I use control Control+F at the start of the game to monitor it, just sits 104.

I get 200+ FPS so i have no trouble playing in 100 ping, just lower would be preferred. Either way I am moving to a new place in a few days, chances are ping will be about the same.

I'm on NA, Likely west coast servers (Unless there's servers in Hawaii I don't know about.) In the past, I've averaged 70 ping, with an absolute max of 120. I have noticed little to no lag on the PBE as well, though I only really played one match.

What strikes me as odd, is a friend of mine who I was in ranked duo with, wasn't experiencing lag while the rest of our team and some of the enemy team, was. He's in California, and also uses Time Warner cable (don't get me started, we need google fiber out here -_-)

I'm also not primarily talking about generally high latency, I'm referring to the past week of daily complete inability to move or function in a game, inability to reconnect, "firewall" errors, and loss forgiven(s). As much as I enjoy the Freelo, it's nice to win (or lose) games because of skill, not server problems.

Both problems would be nice to hear an official statement on, though.
