Im talking about that thing where you will sometimes just kinda stop moving, abilities and walking will be delayed. I had a video, ill try find it if you guys dont know what i mean. it is different from lag. I have it happen ATLEAST once a game and its making it really hard to win games sometimes.
I've been noticing it recently too. It doesn't necessarily correspond to a spike in ping, but the game "slips" a little. Your champion doesn't seem to respond to commands, skillshots that ought to have been direct hits seem to go right through their target until finally what you're seeing on your screen catches back up to the reality of what's happening. I'm also noticing delay during champion select. It's always a bad sign when there's lag even during character select in online games.
It has been happening to me as well. Makes CSing a pain :/
