Allow us to report people in the pregame lobby. Sometimes, we run into these ass holes that are like "Mid or Feed," and are last pick. Mid is taken before him, and for some reason, this guy thinks he's the shit and picks a generic OP OP champion like Yasuo Zed or Katarina. Either that, or give us no penalty dodges that work like the aram rerolls.
riot lyte said that they do look at pre and post game chat when you report someone unfortunately due to system restriction those chat logs are not recorded, how ever calling mid or feed in not ban-able they do not break the rules (TOS) until the point that they do feed

Yeah, I got harassed once for literally no reason at all. He kept screaming at me, calling me a shithead and a worthless loser, etc. And I couldn't even report him. :/
