Wards Don't Help the Blind

I've been checking wards placed after every game, and there is always someone that doesn't place more than 2 wards in a game. Normally this person is the person complaining the most about needing vision. Secondly they are almost always the person that doesn't see people walk though wards.

Honest to god, wards don't help if you don't notice the enemy walk though them. To everyone that doesn't upgrade and use their trinket please stop complaining about needing more wards when you don't even use them.
