So Tired Of People Feeding...

So many games back to back of teammates just feeding uncontrollably. Then the other team just snowballs throughout the entire game and winning. I'm honestly trying to take something out of every game and improve but I don't know what to take from my other lanes feeding while I'm up in CS, maybe down in some CS but not too far behind. If my botlane is feeding I can assume they are just relying on me now to carry them but I can't do anything against a 15/0 . Or a 13/1 . Or a 15/11 (because Toplane in my ranked games seems like the kind of luck I would have.) I'm not trying to come across as "I'm great and my team is trash" because I'm in Bronze for a reason. But I was in Silver I last season (and moving up) but when the new season came I was placed in Bronze. I have since remained in Bronze. The point of this is I just can't help but feel like the problem is that I'm lacking teams who can survive laning phase long enough to not feed and be useful later on. I remind and ask politely for my team to ward and play safe but somebody ends up feeding and throwing the game. I really want to learn from each game but the only thing I learn from observing is the absurd amount of deaths my teammates give so early on in the game.
