Why? Reworks are done when champions no longer function in the meta.

Except that wasn't why he was reworked at all, the only place he was too toxic was low elo, beyond that, he saw play no place else except as a niche pick. He was camping bait, yeah, in lane one vs one he was dumb, but the moment he got ganked, as long as both sides were smart, he would have no option but to just die.

My point is currently Morde is too toxic for the health of the game.
