Constant lag/stuttering today

Dont know where its coming from but i've reset my modem/router, so its not on my end. But i've tried playing two games today and both are nothing but glitchy lag the whole time. My ping isnt spiking up real high or anything when it happens either. Its just non-stop stuttering and freezing the whole time. So much for getting to play league on my day off....thx rito
