How can I rotate the camera?

I know Riot said you aren't allowed to to use LoLCamera or whatever it was called to help you on purple team, but that's not why I need it. When Dunkmaster Darius was announced, we were told that Darius is 6'5", I want to use this information to calculate the heights of every other champion in the game. But the problem is that I need to be able to rotate the camera in order to do this. Is there anything I can use to rotate the camera? I was told LoLReplays can do it but my game crashes after champion select when it's open. Please help me with this, it seems random but this is something I am determined to do!
