Why did riot release Vayne skin without releasing gemstones?

Fucking make me waste $100 trying to get something thats not even possible.

you know how many times I got duplicate skins and champ shards? I'm convinced if I spent $1000 I wouldn't come close, why did riot fuck around here?

Average only takes 500-800 dollars to get 10 gemstones. They are adding a way to buy a limited # of gemstones though. You could just wait a few days.
