What's with the Ziggs bot lane hype?

Havent played in quite a while. So was there another pro player messing up shits like MF Support again or something?

It has to do with him being able to push in quickly and get a very fast first turret gold with passive + satchel charge from what I understand. The gold lets his team snowball to victory very quickly and helps negate not having a proper adc.

Incorrect fix. If you have Ziggs as an APC in the ADC position then you don't have an ADC. Competency has nothing to do with it. Even if you make the case that Ziggs is an ADC then that changes nothing about competency. It is currently finding quite a bit of success. Hating on it before it has been fully explored is stupid. At first people thought runeglaive Ezreal mid was dumb, but it turned out to be incredibly strong and the Meta became centered around it until it got removed.

Not sure. Keep in mind people don't realize things right away. Runeglaive Ezreal was functional for about a week iirc before people started discovering it. It is the downtime for LoL updates, that means people are just screwing around since there is nothing new to try. Metas evolve over time even without new input into the game.
