Feature Idea- Autofill protection for swapping roles in champ select

Lately I've been swapping with a lot of people who don't really want their roles. Probably 1/3 of my games are like that, and I get autofilled on top of that. I've been thinking that they could add a feature to allow you autofill protection if you swap roles. It would probably be a vote system, like 2 other players on your team say that you were willing to swap, done in the last countdown before the game starts. I see how this could be abused if not set up well, so here could be some safeguards. Maybe it could detect what lane you are most in for the first 5 minutes, and not allow people on your friends list to vote you.

Do you think that would be a good idea for rewarding being flexible, or would it be clunky or too easy to abuse?
