Clipboard?

so as I was sitting here thinking of where to save a link, I came to a conclusion. There needs to be a place in your summoner profile where you can save text for quick reference. For example, want to look up something in a specific guide, open the notepad and there it is, or say you want to make a note to yourself for the next time you log in...well there it is...

Let me know what you think, though I think most people will just give me the standard "Why not just use your notepad that comes with the OS" which isn't what i'm looking for.
