I know there is a lot of Riven mains who deserve to purchase this skin in October along with CS thresh/shyvanna/kalista, however, for some strange, odd reason, CS Riven skin will be excluded. Why? i have no clue, but it can be sold for 3250RP like Sona/Ezrael.

You can actually get CS Riven by making a perfect pick in the Worlds Pick 'em challenge.
its excluded because its still considered Limited Edition. They have stated that she might come back in 2016 season since that is where they will finally be able to have a group, and will bundle it up with all 5 skins! You can wait another year mate!
