Custom Summoner Icon?

Wouldn't it be sweet if there was an option to either upload a custom icon or crop a pre-approved picture from riot to use as a summoner icon? They would have to have some kind of approval process as to weed out negative or obscene images, but I would just love to have a morgana picture as my summoner icon. I'd even use the splash art from her initial release if this could just happen!
