Champion Difficulty

I just wanted to point out that when you look at the champion's difficulty for Morgana, the bar is extremely small. Morgana is not the easiest champion in the game. She requires skill for Q and precision for E. I don't know when this new very low level bar was implemented, but Morgana was always considered a hard champ to play in seasons 1 through 3. There are plenty of other champions that are easier to play than Morgana, but still have a higher difficulty value; Kayle, (who has no skill shots and uses no mana for her ult) Katarina, (who also has no skill shots and uses no mana) and Akali who has no skill shots and uses no mana). I'm not saying that Morgana is the hardest champion in the game by any means, but she is definitely not the easiest. This is especially true if you consider that if she doesn't time black shield properly, she's easily dismissed by the enemy team. Please riot, update this so it reflects the actual skill value of champions! Oh and by the way, Morgana has no champion spotlight. She could use one especially now that Victorious Morgana is so close to us.
