Kennen or Rumble ?
Who should I buy ?

Kennen is easier to play but has a more predictable playstyle (but this does not mean much for soloQ). In general, kennen is better for soloQ because he is just easier to pull off than a rumble and he has better lane match ups as well as better TP flanks.
Miss the rumble ult? You probably just lost your team the fight. I would know I play both of these champions alot and although I am good at both, kennen is just better for soloQ.
Kennen is F2P right now so you should try him out a bit to see if you like him at least before deciding.
