What if we got a good chunk of the league community to not play league of legends for a week. As it is it doesn't seem like many people are happy because of how high damage is, and maybe having a protest where we don't play league would force riot to actually think about what they are doing?
It would be hard to pull off. A lot of people are divided between the reddit and the boards. Most are only following one. You would need a lot of people to co-ordinate it. You would need a lot of people in every region boards + EU has a lot of different languages. Then you have to take into account that only a minute portion of LoL players follow the boards and/or reddit daily.
It would be next to impossible.
You would have to get even the LCS players to go along with it, otherwise Riot would not care.
They only care for LCS gameplay and that's it. So they probably wouldn't even notice if their normal playerbase was gone for a week as long as they still have LCS shit going.
This will never happen. It is a very very very small percentage of people that follow the boards and complain about damage creep. And besides riot is already addressing damage creep
