Ever since the server was moved, I dc once or twice a game. Sorry, but I refuse to try and play ranked under these parameters...

Not playing with a really bad connection is the right call.

That doesn't mean there is no solution to fix it though. Submit a Support Ticket.

If you have windows 7, and recently updated, revert those updates and tell Windows to go %$&# themselves. It's been doing that to me, too. Windows 8 also received the same update. WIndows 10 was always flawed.

The new update sends your usage statistics to Windows, all the time. You could also try WTFast. I had 40 ping before the Windows update, 80 after, and I reverted the updates and now I have 40 again. I'm constantly fighting Windows automatic updates because it updates my computer when I leave it to sleep.

I've heard bad things about WTFast, so I'm not sure on that one.

You can turn off automatic updates, but it's not really advised as your computer will become vulnerable over time.
