Can someone help me make my fans stfu?

I'm bad at computer hardware, more a software person myself... So I've replaced my fans like three times, they're all loud and annoying, is there a program I can get to quit them down? Is there a setting on my bios? help pl0z

There will be fan speed options in your BIOS. If you have trouble finding it, refer to your motherboard's manual (you can always find that on the manufacturer site if you don't have a copy). There are also third party programs that can change it outside the BIOS but most people don't have them so I doubt you do.
