It's really bad lately. Once again, I don't think the system lets people drop out of Bronze enough. I've got players without masteries, people AFKing, people swearing at teammates all game (and I mean all game), and people who admit they're going to feed in the lobby. I'm in a lobby right now where 3 people have Smite. 3! And we've addressed it.
They don't care about Bronze. Once you're here, you either make a new account, or you just enjoy your stay. It's absurd.
You should play more Taric, you would get more ELO.
