Why is Rammus all of the sudden so good?
His win rate is something ridiculous like 55%, but he hasn't been changed recently, so why is he doing so well?

A bug that gave him some huge buff
All of a sudden? He's always been good. This happens every now and then even without any changes.
He's been good for a long time. He just comes and goes into fashion depending on the meta. The only time he isn't take is when there is a more meta champ.
Because one the taunt bug. Also with ADC's being so dominant lately it's like Rammus is a kid in a candy store.
