I can't decide whether i wanna play him top or jungle. Which role is he better at? Is he a viable support?

he is not a support and i think he is equally viable in both jungle and top right now its just a matter of which you like to play more
He's better in top lane compared to jungle simply because he's the kinda champion who needs farm. :D
Definitely not a good support. He needs farm and damage items to be relevant late game which supports don't usually have. I prefer him being top lane because you can take teleport on him and become a split pushing monster. He isn't a bad jungler and can pick up a sightstone for vision control + ward hops just like Lee Sin, but I personally prefer someone with more utility than just a "dueling splitpusher" in the jungle P:
