You can email them asking for it, but they will request something from you like a drawing etc. I myself asked for 19RP to buy Lulu and sent them a photo of a picture I made

There's somthing RIOT said in GD a long time ago about everyone's free 32 RP or something like that. Ask them nicely.

Maybe send customer support a nice drawing of woad scout quinn. It's worked before.
