Have an idea for the after-game Mystery Gifts

For those who didn't know, for next season, Riot would implement a Mystery Gifting after every game to commerate for best teamwork/honorable opponents etc.

So my idea was, what about Mystery Gifting price reduced when winning? Like if the team lost, they will still be able to gift, but price stays at 490RP. If the team won, they will be able to gift people at a reduced price, say 350~RP or so. Don't you guys think this is more appreciated when your team has worked their ass off for 45 minutes plus to get to stand at the Victory Pole?

The point is to give gifts to people who you enjoyed playing with. There shouldn't be a penalty to that just 'cause you lost. In fact, I'd say that if you enjoyed playing with someone enough to want to gift them AFTER losing the game, you should get a reward because people are that much more likely to be negative in games they're losing.
