Flaming; What's your fix?

Before i explain my story, and ask for opinions, i have to lay down a few things. I NEVER leave games. Once i commit, I commit, and that includes surrendering. Its Nexus or bust. I take my ranked games very seriously, but I never harass players who arent doing well. Ive had games where im 2/20. I know full well that sometimes its just that kind of match. I dont pass blame, because I am the one behind my controls. Not to say I never lose my temper, but I'm human.

I played a game today as a jungle Ekko. We had a quinn top, tf mid, jinx and nautilus bot. TF got first blood, and everything was going great for about 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes came, all 3 lanes started pinging me for help. Im one jungle, and NOT a mobile one, at that. I was expected to be everywhere. I tried the best i could to juggle the fact that i wasnt sated, (That z-drive plus sated is op) and all 3 lanes, but it wasnt enough. Note that at this point, top lane is 1/6, mid lane is 2/5, and bot lane is 0/5 with supp at 0/2. Im at 0/1/1.

At this point, my team begins flaming me. No expense was spared. All 4 of my teammates jumped down my throat harder than a bottle of scotch, and I recieved every insult in the book, from all 4 players, all at once. To the point where (and note that ive been flamed before, but never even glanced to it) the pressure was so real, I couldnt play. I didnt WANT to play. For the first time in my league career (and ive been playing since season 2), the community was so hostile, that i was forced to remove myself from the situation. I know factually the tribunal will be on my side for this, because like I said, the flaming was so real, my computer started to overheat.

This is the first time ive ever been left to wonder whether or not the community League attracts is worth the enjoyment of the actual game. I know many a people who said this shit happens often, but i must be lucky, because this is a first for me. However, ive noticed the players on my teams have been becoming increasingly hostile as time progresses.

So lets discuss. Is this an isolated incident? Have you ever had an experience like mine? What is your opinion on the League community as a whole?

Most importantly, how do you deal with flaming?

I've had some bad games where my team was toxic about it (as if they never have bad games). This is my process for dealing with a flamer;

1: Tell them it's not helping you play better 2: If they continue, mute them and keep trying 3: Report them at the end of the match

Well, it's obviously not jungler's fault if all the lanes are losing because YOU CAN'T BE IN ALL PLACES IN THE SAME TIME. Also, in my opinion, jungler and support are the most difficult roles in game, so every team should be most understanding with them. As far for the community of this game, there is always someone who is gonna blame someone else and especially the jungler. Also In the loading screen ,between the two teams Riot has a message with the most interesting being one which says that the tribunal reformed the behavior or 80% of players I think. In other words 80% of players did something which could be considered toxic from RIOT. So is the community toxic, is Riot too strict, nothing is true? The conclusion is yours to make.
