How do you make the champion icons?
How do you post the champ icons here on the boards? Or the items I guess. Thanks for the help.

The options next to the "Post" button...
you first need to write a support ticket to Riot that you want to post icons,
then Riot maybe gives them to you, but they cost 95RP each.
