Remove normals or draft pick?
Would removing normals or draft help the ranked situation out by adding players to the player pool?

No. You'd just have more bronze and silvers.
normals is best game mode it's less toxic then the toxic ranked hell spawn.
Then Ranked will become casual and low elo hell would be even worse.
I play Normals almost exclusively and I don't want those filthy rankers sullying my games with their overly competitive toxicity and near-aneurysm rage fits.
