No year of the Goat/Ram ward?

I was wondering if there was going to be a year of the Goat/Ram ward? You know like how snake had the snake banner?

I think Riot did a great job on the Lunar Revel skins! For the first time I actually want to buy a whole bundle and don't get me wrong I think the Firecracker ward is pretty awesome but couldn't they have at least replaced the dragon head with a goat/ram head? As a person who was born in the year of the ram I was kind of looking forward to a ram ward.
