But that's why they are targeting the upper tiers of play. With Low ELO, the search algorithm is better apt at matching Premades with other premades. Those problems become less of an issue in lower ELO.

They are helping them because they are most affected by the Dynamic Q. They don't expect us to shut up. In fact, they probably want constructive complaints. (Constructive meaning, telling them exactly what you hate about it so they can try to address it.)

You really under estimate how long it takes to collect data. Especially since it's an Ongoing experiment. They didn't go into this compromise thinking it would have a skewed effect on the upper tiers of play. But that said, the fact that they are not completely back peddling obviously suggests that it still better serves their interest.
Also, they don't completely need the money from a few miffed players refusing to buy RP. Your still acting as content for the players that do. If you wanted to screw over Riot, you would have to stop playing entirely. But if your going to be this loony about the game, you probably should have quit a long time ago.
Lol, I don't even care about it anymore, get to gold, secure championship skins, play normals, have fun. Why bother with ranked beyond that? It's literally the most anti-fun and stressfull gamemode, twise as much so as a solo player. Fuck it I say.
Dynamic Que, as I've stated and even the people you drones listen to have stated, but you just choose to ignore, is that Dynamic Que only effects higher elo players i.e, high diamonds and above.
Dynamic Que isn't holding you're bronze/silver/plat/gold booty from climbing, it's your own skill level and mistakes. This is the brand new elo hell argument, holding no basis and no logical grounds, so quit trying to use it.
Also, I might add, next season, you WILL all shut up about it. Without the backing of your youtubers or twitch streamers, the majority of you will start to add into their new cry which will be: Dynamic Que has no effect on you whatsoever unless you are higher elo. This is what they will say, and it will apede the reddit and boards outcry, and the new minority of even the minority will be those who hate dynamic Que's system for holding them back.
You will be the new (or old depending on if you whined about it before) stereotypical elo hell whiners.
